elindra SG i did one year yoga at fitness first, no loss of weight..i gave up and practice occassionally at home, i lost some weight.. My mum lost weight doing Bikram YogaAnd she lost a lot of weight but that is doing Yoga in a room pre-heated to 41oC -_-"

the Bear SG i am so sleepy now it's getting ridiculous..but there's some comic relief in the office... there's a cockroach which has been standing on the wall just above the staff lift since lunchtime.. it's too high for people to grab or swat it.. and it's making the female staff here very uneasy a few have refused to use the staff lift
